P\u00e5 det fysiske plan opbygges og smidigg\u00f8res muskler og led samtidig med, at yoga forbedrer koordinations- og balanceevnen. Derudover forbedres blodcirkulationen samt iltoptagelse, og man vil opleve fornyet energi og overskud. Yoga har en positiv indflydelse p\u00e5 b\u00e5de kredsl\u00f8b og nervesystem. Der er sammenh\u00e6ng mellem \u00e5ndedr\u00e6ttet, bev\u00e6gelse og tanke. I yogaen er opm\u00e6rksomheden rettet mod bev\u00e6gelsen i kroppen, hvilket giver b\u00e5de et fysisk, f\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssigt og mentalt udbytte af almen velv\u00e6re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Undervisningen er et miks af forskellige yogaformer. Alle kan v\u00e6re med, vi gennemg\u00e5r \u00f8velserne i roligt tempo og sm\u00e5 serier hen ad vejen og slutter altid af med den vigtigste \u00f8velse SAVASANA. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bente Birch bliver din instrukt\u00f8r. Hun har dyrket &nbsp;yoga i mange \u00e5r &nbsp;med forskellige yogaformer.
